News on Natcore that you should be watching
This morning Natcore issued a new release that the market is taking note of. After signing a number of contracts to help consult on large solar projects around the world the project in Vietnam just received government approval!
This is a huge step to moving this project forward and showing the benefit to Natcore’s bottom line. While the Company continues to advance its more efficent and lower cost solar cell technology these consulting projects will help bring cash in as well as provide Natcore with direct access to solar cell producers. This is just the start of moving the Vietnam project forward but so far 2017 is kicking off on a positive note for Natcore.
Here are some initial comment from Natcore President and CEO Chuck Provini…
Below is a press release that was disseminated this morning. It describes two critical steps in the progress in the progression of the Vietnamese Solar Project. The first step was having this project named on the government approved list. The second, having this particular power plant approved by Binh Thuan Province People’s Committee.
These are critical steps in the progression of this power plant. As a result of these approvals, we have also completed the necessary feasibility study by engaging a well-known and experienced European engineering company who is part of our Best of Breed Team.
Local Vietnamese partners will now apply for the necessary local permits to actually start the project.
We are receiving proposals and bids on panels, inverters, frames etc., as well as proposals from different engineering, and procurement companies (EPC’s).
We are in constant dialog with the various partners and are very pleased with the progression and efficiency in which the in-country team works.
Best,
Chuck
I heard a rumor thayt Trump will be promoting/subsidizing the establishment of 2,000 recharging station for electric vehicles.
Most of these are expected to be at gas stations, with thr re-charging energized by solar.
Is this a gov’t effort or personal?
silverdollar……. government, but there is Republican opposition.
i.e the swamp is bogging down action.
However, it does not need immediate action.
There are not enough electric vehicles yet.
Repubs want money to go to cities to provide re-charging.
The deep state consists of thousands of entrenched bureaucrats.
In the US, the majority of the entrenched bureaucracy would like nothing better than to see Trump fail, so they will undermine as much as possible.
Combined with the MSM, this will make life quite difficult for the President-elect.
While he may be able to replace many department heads, much of the bureaucracy is impossible to replace, except by attrition over decades.
Maybe what CFS is saying is right and exists in government. But during my years in civil service, that’s not what I saw. My guess is that the civil servants/bureaucrats would like whatever president is in office to succeed. As long as what the president is doing makes sense — and doesn’t jeopardize their benefits. They live for 9-5 jobs and benefits. And have an LED counter at home telling them how many days to retirement.
Great to hear of Nat Core’s success with Vietnam. 100% up on recent purchases at $.1637. Solar still has an enormous future!
